What Type Of Juicer Should You Get?

The first thing you should do is understand the difference between the main types of juicers. There are centrifugal juicers and masticating juicers. Masticating juicers are the best for leafy greens, and in many peoples opinions better for everything.

Why? Masticating juicers slowly squeeze the juice out of the fruits and vegetables. This creates very little heat. Heat damages the juice. The other types of juicers (centrifugal) have tiny little blades that slice up the fruits and vegetables. First off, this makes a lot of heat. This heat damages the juice—specifically the enzymes. Secondly, and more visible, is that you get less juice. If you take a look at the pulp that is left over from a masticating juicer and compare it to the pulp left over from a centrifugal juicer, you will see a major difference. The pulp that comes out of a centrifugal juicer is wet and sometimes there even bits of un-juiced material that gets throughout. A masticating juicer squeezes everything dry.

Don’t Forget To Exercise

If you drop weight without exercising you’ll get skinny fat. What will happen is that you will lose muscle long with fat. If you want a firm butt, a flat stomach, then you have to exercise.

She does ballet style exercises and cool variations on popular exercises like leg lifts.

She posts alot of her videos online and you can also get a full length workout video. She’s really great at explaining the exercise and providing motivation. Good instruction is important. If you don’t understand proper form, you could be wasting your time. For instance, you might want to target your butt, but if you do the exercise wrong you could end up targeting your quad muscles.

The exercises can be used by men or women. I’d say they are primarily aimed at women, but men who are not already seriously experienced would also benefit. To build muscle or maintain muscle during fat loss, you want to do exercise…a lunge is a lunge no matter if a man or woman is doing it. Likewise, abs workouts will be the same for men and women. Man might add more weight, but form and function is the same.
